This class is great for those wanting to create super sharp edges on your cakes.
In this class Richard will be teaching you how to level and fill your sponge cakes, and create straight edges in ganache.
Please note: You will need to bring your own packed lunch, as well as an 8 inch sponge cake. All other materials and equipment required are provided.

Please note: You will need to bring your own packed lunch with you and a note pad and pen if you wish to take notes.
Please be aware that it is possible that the class may run over the expected finish time, we suggest allowing AT LEAST an hour either side of the expected finish time. Bear this in mind when booking transport, as we cannot be held responsible for any missed trains, flights and buses.
A £100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required in order to secure your booking and the remaining balance is then due no later than 4 weeks before your class.
Please be aware that once the final balance has been paid, we are unable to refund so please double check travel arrangements, child care and any other arrangements before committing to a class.
In the unlikely event that Zoe’s Fancy Cakes has to cancel a class, any money paid towards the class itself will be refunded, this does not extend to covering travel and / or accommodation expenditure.
The skills learnt during your time with us are intended for you to use yourself and under no circumstances should the class be replicated and taught by you to your own students in person, online or via video.
Photographs are permitted during class but video recording is prohibited. Unless otherwise stated by the tutor.
